Listing Approval

Listing Fees

A one-time listing fee of $15 is required for each business listing. This fee is non-refundable except in cases where a listing is not approved for publication. Payment is processed through Stripe, and your listing will be published upon successful payment and approval.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
• Use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the website
• Submit content that infringes on the rights of others
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy directory content

Intellectual Property

The website design, content, and software are the property of the New Jersey Business Directory. Business listing content remains the property of the submitting business. By submitting a listing, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your business information on our website.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of business listings or other content on the website. Users should verify information independently before relying on it.

Limitation of Liability

The New Jersey Business Directory is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the website or reliance on information contained in business listings. Users interact with listed businesses at their own risk.
